Effect of Glucose Concentration on Yeast

I wanted to know what is the suitable test to use in this experiment and also that how do I make the yeast up and also the glucose solutions up. I would be more than grateful if you could help me thnx.

etutor answers:
You would measure the amount of gas given off by the yeast solution in a standard time (there are lots of different ways of doing this). If you use dried yeast, it will have instructions on the packet. Follow these but just add different amounts of sugar.

and also i wanted to know what is the best way to draw the tables nd how many times shall i repeat the experiment?
