Could you please help with the way I should express the concentration of buffered amylase on the x axis of my graph. For example, I have used 1% concentration - 2cm3 buffered amylase and 3cm3 of buffer solution. I have to somehow express it as a percentage

I'm not sure what you mean here-did you use 2cm3 of 1% amylase and 3cm3 of buffer? If so, the concentration of amylase would be 2/5 of 1% i.e. 0.4%
