Does Liver, Potato or Yeast contain the most catalase? And how much difference is there, becasue I need to use as equal a quantity as possible.
Difficult to be precise. The catalase reaction always works much faster with liver than with yeast of potato, which presumably means there is more catalase in it, but it could also be that is released more easily. There is not much difference between yeast and potato, but catalase concentration will vary from potato to potato.
