reena_x_ asks:

I am currently doing some coursework in which my independant variable is the concentration of rennin and the dependant variable is the mass of curds produced after coagulation of rennin with milk.

I am unsure on whether the axis of my graph should consist of the average mass of curds (in grams) against concentration of rennin (%). Or whether the axis should be rate of reaction (which units?!) and concentration of rennin (%). Please advise as soon as possible

etutor answers:
The mass of curds (assuming it was produced in a standard time) is a reflection of the rate of reaction, so use mass of curds.
