Hi there, i am investigating the rate of glucose uptake by yeast cells varies with glucose concentration, So far i have done the intro, and apparatus, but i have been told to do some preliminary work in my planning. But what of glucose concentration to use and temperature?
I am quite unsure about the method on how to start it
The fact that you don't know what glucose concs and temeprature to use is WHY you need to do preliminary work, e.g. to find out which temperature/concentration combination works best.
