Whisper447 asks:

For Homework I have to write a plan investigating ivy Shade and Sun leaves using Hydrogen Carbonate Indicator. I know all about the differences between sun and shade leaves but i don't know how i can carry out this investigation. Any help would be appricated.

etutor answers:
Investigating WHAT about sun and shade leaves??? Hydrogen carbonate indicator detects carbon dioxide  (produced by respiration and released by photosynthesis, but I know of no reliable method to use it with land plants (it can be used with aquatic plants by putting it in the water that the plant is in).
