2. Purpose and Limitations
The Studyzones web site is for your personal, non-commercial use and offers assistants to students preparing homework and coursework as part of their GCSE and /or GCE studies (or their equivalent) by way of providing a range of facilities that will enable the students to have a greater understanding of the subjects they are studying through examples, revision aids, asking questions and having work graded prior to submission.
It is not the sites intention to provide the complete answers to any such homework and/or coursework but to offer a clearer understanding by example together with advice and direction by grading uploaded work.
When answering questions or grading uploaded work, teachers will provide similar help and assistance as they would provide at school or college. In this respect it must be appreciated that due to the various number of examining boards, syllabus's and marking schemes covering GCSE and GCE studies any comment and / or grade awarded to uploaded material is provided as a general guide only and cannot in any way be assumed to reflect that of the student's school / college, teacher, or subject's respective examining board.

Whilst the Faculty Media Limited will endeavor to answer uploaded questions within twenty-four* hours of submission and grade uploaded homework and coursework within forty-eight* hours of submission there may be occasions when this will not be possible and in such circumstances we will respond at the earliest opportunity. Where due to circumstances beyond their control The faculty Media Limited are unable to answer, comment upon and / or grade uploaded work these will be duly returned to the student with an explanation. ( * Excludes UK Public and Bank Holidays.)
All answered questions and graded homework and / or coursework will be eligible for publication within the Studyzones web site. Publication of any such materials will normally be within and in no instance sooner than (a) Answered Questions - two days of uploading (b) Homework - one month of uploading (c) Coursework - Three month of Uploading. All published homework and / or coursework will automatically feature within the 'Teachers Pet' rankings.
Should any questions or uploaded work be inappropriate they will be returned to the student without being answered/graded.
