This depends on the complexity and academic level of the question asked, but most questions will be returned within 24 - 48 hours.
What type of questions can I ask my e-tutor?
You can ask any question regarding homework, coursework, revision, or if you need advise.
Can I provide feedback to the e-tutor?

What is the Upload Zone?
The Upload Zone is the place to upload your work to be marked and graded by your e-tutor.
What does uploading my work mean?
Upload means "To transmit a file of data from your computer to another computer". You upload your work via a browser to our servers into the staffroom system where it is allocated to your e-tutor. All your work is stored in the 'My Work' folder of the 'My Zone'.
How long will it take to get my work back?
This depends on the complexity, academic level of the work upload and wether it is homework or coursework, but most work will be returned within 24 - 48 hours.
What type of work can I upload to my e-tutor?
You can upload homework, coursework, revision notes.
Can I upload drafts of my work?
Uploading drafts is recommended and there is no limit to the number of drafts you can upload.

You can use the "student.response" form to provide feedback and ask any questions you may have regarding the work.
Will my work be made public when returned?
You decide which work to make public or private. You will receive SZ Points when making work public.
Is there a limit to the size of the file being uploaded?
Yes, 5mb is the maximum file size for uploaded work.
What if my work is more than 5mb in size?

Reduce the size of the file. Images make Microsoft Word documents a lot larger in size. If the images are not needed for the e-tutor to mark the work, replace them with text describing the image.
If you are not able to reduce file size, contact us by email (theteam@studyzones.com) and we will find another way to get the file to your e-tutor and then back to you, marked and graded.
